This policy applies to crawfordrigmech.com and to information submitted through the enquiry form on this website. It is operated by Crawford RigMech.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, telephone number, enquiry type and the message describing your requirement. We also record the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from, which we use to identify and block automated abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of enquiries received. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build a profile from it, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How it is stored
Submissions are written to a log file on the web server hosting this site and are also delivered by email to our enquiries address. Both are accessible only to people within the company who need them in order to respond.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant — for an active or recurring client relationship this may be several years; for an enquiry that does not proceed it is considerably shorter. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets one cookie: a PHP session cookie used solely to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery. It carries no personal information and expires when you close your browser. There is no advertising network on this site, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Third parties
Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. That request is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Aside from web hosting and email delivery, no other third party receives information from this website.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
